Canon’s EOS Rebel T3i / Canon 600D was released in February 2011. Although Discontinued they are still available to purchase at B&H Photo but worth looking at the latest Canon T6i with its higher resolution and many other features

It boasts 1080p Full HD video capture, 18 megapixels CMOS image sensor, a 3.0-inch (1040k dots) Vari-Angle Clear View LCD screen – new features include Scene Intelligent Auto, Video Snapshot technology and an on screen Feature Guide instruction. The Canon EOS T3i/ Canon 600D makes it easy for you to instantly add creativity to your pictures, change the atmosphere of a scene with Basic+ which allows you to pick the mood you want to achieve from one of eight options. Whether you’re shooting landscapes, portraits, or close-up macro shots, Basic+ makes it easy to capture the perfect image. The Canon EOS T3i/ 600D also features the built-in wireless flash control previously only available on the Canon EOS 7D.
